Steak Frites

This is one of my favorites…I love steak frites…and I serve it with a side of roasted asparagus. Enjoy.

    I have never tried steak in the oven. I am putting this on the menu this week! Love the video Drew!

      Thanks Vikki…about 5 minutes in the oven after you sear the steak on both sides will be a nice medium to medium rare.

    I made this tonight. I only cooked one steak steak since I am at my Lake house and it is only me. This was the most amazing steak I have ever made. Thanks Drew.
